Is my money deposited with the Bank/Trading House?

Yes

Does Strategic Trading hold any of my funds?

No

How do I get the information on to where to open an account with the Bank/Trading House?

Strategic Trading will supply you with all details and procedure on how to go about opening an account with the Bank/Trading House.

Why do I have to supply my passport details to open an account?

International law now states the Bank/Trading House and Strategic Trading have to do their due diligence to "know their" client. This includes seeing a passport or I.D and proof of current address by means of a utility bill.

When I open up with the Bank/Trading House will I then have a direct relationship with them?

Yes

What isStrategic Trading role?

Dual fold. To help you open up the account with the Bank/Trading House. Once your account is then opened to trade the account.

Why do I have to fill inStrategic Trading due diligence paperwork as well as the Bank/Trading House?

Because we are an entirely separate entity from the Bank/Trading House so we too must do our due diligence as required by International Law.

Once I have opened an account with the Bank/Trading House how do I monitor activity on the account?

You will be allocated your own personal encrypted secure client platform. This will show you 24 hours a day 365 days a year the real time performance of your accounts trading and balance. It will also give you 24 hour news and charting services.

If I decide to invest in the capital guaranteed can I take my profits out at any time?

It depends on what structure has been used but yes in some cases.

If I decide to for whatever reasons to cancel my capital guarantee account before it reaches maturity can I?

Yes, but depending on when you cancel it there may be a penalty charge based upon the time left. The shorter the time left the smaller the penalty.

Why do you impose a penalty charge?

Because guaranteed accounts are complex structures so there is a cost factor to offset if the account is cancelled before maturity.

If my account made a profit every month would I have to pay a performance fee?

Yes you would. Every account pays a performance fee on net new profits.

So I only pay a performance fee based on what my end month balance is showing?

Yes

If I suffer losses on my account and then I make a profit do I pay a performance fee on that profit?

You will only pay a performance fee on profits made above your initial investment amount. So if the account suffers losses and then makes profits the performance fee will only be calculated and raised on the balance shown above your initial investment amount or above the highest amount the account ever reached. Making the calculation in this way means we only get a performance fee on net new profits made on a peak to peak basis which is much fairer to you.

Do I have to pay any monthly ongoing fees, management fees or similar?

Generally no, but some tailor made accounts may incur differing charges.

Is the Bank/Trading House regulated under its countries current financial law?

Yes

Is Strategic Trading regulated?
